About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client and stakeholder data implementation projects, ensuring successful data integration and analytics delivery
Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, including the COO, CMO, Chief Nursing, and clinical leadership
Mentor data analysts and data product developers
Apply advanced analytics to identify performance trends, cost drivers, and quality improvement opportunities
Develop interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred)
Define and prioritize the data product roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data products
Foster a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across the organization
Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years in healthcare data analytics, including experience with health plan claims, clinical, and EMR data
Proven experience leading analytics or data product initiatives within healthcare organizations
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI
Experience with Databricks, Python, or R for analytics strongly preferred
Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills, able to simplify complex analytics for diverse audiences
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration between analytics, clinical, and business stakeholders
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making abilities.
