About the role

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across core platforms
  • Lead product discovery and delivery in partnership with engineering, UX, data, and business
  • Collaborate with the CIO and technology leadership on build vs. buy assessments
  • Drive the application of AI and automation to improve customer experience
  • Strong program and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and prioritized backlogs
  • Provide strong product leadership throughout the full product lifecycle
  • Manage and optimize vendor-provided products
  • Establish and track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders
  • Champion customer-centric decision-making across all product initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience
  • Strong technical background working with engineering teams
  • Experience leading CRM or customer-facing platforms
  • Expertise in vendor management and platform integration
  • Strong project management and delivery execution skills
  • Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
