About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support development and execution of brand plans, messaging strategies, product positioning, and tactical marketing programs
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for healthcare providers and patients across advertising channels, SEO, CRM, websites, events, and sales channels
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external agency partners
  • Lead project management, including status meetings, timelines, progress tracking, risk identification, and status communication
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing materials and promotional assets
  • Manage creative development from briefing through final production
  • Review creative executions for accuracy, consistency, approved messaging, and brand guidelines
  • Coordinate revisions and stakeholder feedback
  • Prepare, submit, and track promotional materials through MLR review systems
  • Facilitate review meetings, consolidate feedback, and manage revisions for timely approvals
  • Maintain documentation and version control
  • Ensure promotional materials comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain sales tools, training materials, competitive intelligence resources, and field communications
  • Assist with marketing budgets and vendor invoicing
  • Support content management and asset organization
  • Monitor campaign performance using CRM, digital, sales, and market data
  • Develop dashboards and reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Support healthcare professional marketing initiatives, including sales aids, educational materials, email campaigns, and digital engagement programs
  • Support commercial launch planning and execution, including promotional materials, field force support, agency coordination, and launch milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences marketing
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or laboratory-developed test promotional materials
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Experience with healthcare provider or patient marketing initiatives
  • Experience working with creative agencies and coordinating asset development
  • Proven ability to support product launches in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or devices
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively across Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Operational teams
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work in a highly regulated environment
  • Ability to use or quickly learn MLR review systems such as Zen QMS or Veeva PromoMats
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
  • Capability to execute digital marketing, content management, and omnichannel campaigns
  • Personal or professional passion for women's health
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Passion for learning and improving skills and capabilities
