As Head of Product, you take overall responsibility for our product — from vision and strategy through portfolio development to measurable business impact.
Translate the company strategy into a focused, prioritized product portfolio.
Identify growth levers in adoption, retention, and expansion.
Ensure our product reinforces our positioning as a confident, trusted collaboration platform.
Accountability for product KPIs, adoption, engagement, and retention.
Develop clear decision-making processes, responsibilities, and governance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment with end-to-end responsibility.
Proven experience building scalable product organizations.
Strong customer-centric and data-driven mindset.
Experience in AI integration — both operationally and in the product.
Strong prioritization skills and decisiveness.
Ability to lead organizations through transformation.
Entrepreneurial thinking and an ownership mentality.
Experience in regulated or safety-critical environments is a plus.
