About the role
- Responsible for sales-related processes across the lead-to-cash funnel
- Ownership of sales tools (CRM, quoting, contract and billing tools)
- Support the sales team with quoting logic, pricing structures and deal models
- Create, maintain and ensure the quality of sales forecasts, pipeline reviews and revenue projections
- Work closely with sales leadership on target setting, quotas and performance management
- Manage and monitor key B2B SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, expansion, renewals)
- Support billing processes (subscriptions, licenses, renewals, upgrades)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Finance
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales models and forecasting methodologies
- Experience working closely with sales leadership
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting/BI tools
- Analytical, structured, and assertive — with a clear sales mindset
- Business fluent in German and English
