About the role

  • Responsible for sales-related processes across the lead-to-cash funnel
  • Ownership of sales tools (CRM, quoting, contract and billing tools)
  • Support the sales team with quoting logic, pricing structures and deal models
  • Create, maintain and ensure the quality of sales forecasts, pipeline reviews and revenue projections
  • Work closely with sales leadership on target setting, quotas and performance management
  • Manage and monitor key B2B SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, expansion, renewals)
  • Support billing processes (subscriptions, licenses, renewals, upgrades)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Finance
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales models and forecasting methodologies
  • Experience working closely with sales leadership
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting/BI tools
  • Analytical, structured, and assertive — with a clear sales mindset
  • Business fluent in German and English
