About the role
- Create and implement a project management system for large-scale product launches
- Automate the product launch project management process
- Formalize the new product launch processes
- Define roles and responsibilities of participants
- Build a flowchart from idea to launch
- Select and implement a project and task management system (Task Manager)
- Gather input and requirements from the team
- Compare several systems and select one for integration
- Configure workflows and project templates in the Task Manager
- Develop regulations and interaction rules
- Standardize how to create tasks, update statuses, and resolve issues
- Create a checklist and SOPs
- Define the number, format, and cadence of meetings
- Design and implement a performance evaluation system (KPI/OKR)
- Define key project metrics and responsible owners
- Create reports and dashboards to track progress and results
- Implement additional communication tools
- Set up necessary integrations (Slack ↔ Task Manager ↔ Google Drive)
- Automate notifications
- Define team member requirements
- Identify key competencies of process participants
- Prepare job requirements for recruiters
- Conduct training for the team
Requirements
- 5+ years in roles such as Project/Program Manager, Head of Projects, Head of Operations, Delivery Manager within IT outsourcing / E-commerce / FMCG businesses
- Proven experience working in large international companies in an English-speaking environment (required)
- Strong experience in team and vendor management, with the ability to build effective and results-oriented partnerships
- Systems building expertise: setting up processes from scratch, implementing IT solutions, and creating teams
- Advanced negotiation skills with vendors; fluent English (B2+ level)
