• About the Role: We’re looking for a Head of Growth with a sharp focus on scaling Meta advertising, the core driver of our performance marketing. In this role, you’ll lead strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact Meta campaigns, managing substantial budgets to drive rapid customer acquisition and revenue growth. While Meta will be your primary focus, you’ll also oversee our broader performance marketing efforts, guiding the media buying team and collaborating with creative, marketing, and analytics to deliver results that move the needle.
• Key Responsibilities: Develop and continuously refine our Meta advertising strategy to achieve growth and profitability goals. Manage and optimize significant ad budgets, implementing data-driven campaign optimizations. Strong background in DTC/FMCG, with cosmetics or supplements experience preferred. Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and A/B testing.
