About the role

  • Achieve product sales and advertising spend goals through strategic management and optimization of Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Develop and implement PPC advertising strategies.
  • Build and cluster a comprehensive semantic core.
  • Design a campaign structure with targeting rules, bid strategies, and negative keyword logic.
  • Create a launch plan aligned with the advertising strategy.
  • Manage and optimize product advertising campaigns.
  • Set up new campaigns based on defined structures and product goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key reports (STR, SQP, Placement Report, Market Basket Analysis, etc.) to identify actionable insights.
  • Adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to meet performance KPIs (sales, margin, TACOS, ACOS).
  • Test new campaign types, expand keyword portfolios, and scale successful campaigns.
  • Market and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor competitor performance, pricing, share of voice, and organic vs. paid visibility.
  • Identify market opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and product positioning.
  • Reporting.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports aligned with product KPIs.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and scaling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience handling advertising portfolios with monthly budgets of $100,000+.
  • Deep understanding of key advertising and business KPIs, and how to influence them.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon algorithms and ranking mechanisms.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Helium10, DataRova, Google Sheets, and Scale Insights.
  • Experience working with Brand Analytics reports and interpreting their data.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Systematic and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively with large datasets.
  • English – B2+ (required).
