Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or IT Management
2–5 years of experience in Configuration Management, Change Management, or a closely related IT discipline
Working knowledge of configuration identification, change control, and status accounting processes
Experience supporting or participating in Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)
Familiarity with formal Change Request workflows
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Strong familiarity supporting IT services or operations
