About the role
- Designs, builds, maintains, and optimizes an organization's cloud infrastructure (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- Migrates systems, ensuring security, scalability, and performance
- Collaborates with developers to create efficient, resilient cloud solutions
- Handles everything from automation to cost management and disaster recovery
- Monitors existing systems
- Oversees the deployment and installation of new network hardware and software
- Provides technical directions to IT support staff
- Designs, implements, and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met
- Evaluates hardware and software and resolves LAN/MAN/WAN network related problems
Requirements
- US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years’ practical experience with: Linux, Oracle Database, Red Hat OS Administration, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Terraform, Ansible, Cloudbees Jenkins, Automation and Cloud Native Architectures
- Strong verbal, written, organizational and documentation skills.
- Current CompTIA Security+ Certification or equivalent IASAE L2 certification
