About the role

  • Lead Management: Receive and provide immediate service to prospective clients contacted via digital channels (WhatsApp and telephone).
  • Consultative Selling: Assess the feasibility of legal work through technical analysis of the case and documents submitted by the client.
  • Closing: Negotiate terms and convert interactions into signed engagements/contracts.
  • Formalization: Prepare retainer agreements, powers of attorney and supporting documents.
  • Digital Signature: Operate electronic signature systems to collect signatures.
  • Client Registration: Keep the firm’s system updated with complete information for new clients.
  • Digitization: Organize and scan documents and manage corporate email correspondence.
  • CRM: Use CRM software to record interactions and ensure follow-up at every stage of the client journey.
  • Financial Support: Issue invoices and payment requests related to new contracts via the financial management platform.
  • Collections: Conduct collection activities for delinquent clients via app or telephone as requested by management.
  • Internal Liaison: Act as the primary link between client needs and the firm’s legal/technical department.
  • Reporting: Prepare performance and status reports on client interactions when requested.
  • External Tasks: Perform external errands and provide general support to the technical department’s routines.
  • Development: Actively participate in internal training sessions and alignment meetings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales/commercial roles.
  • Basic knowledge of legal terminology and document review (contracts, powers of attorney).
  • Excellent writing skills and clear verbal communication for WhatsApp and telephone interactions.
  • Laptop and mobile phone.
