About the role
- Maintenance of supplier records - Add new suppliers, update contacts, banking and other information as needed
- Communicate with stakeholders - Internal and external via email
- Monitor shared email - answer queries and emails
- Backup support for our 1099 reporting - learn the 199 reporting process
- Backup to our OFAC alerts
- Assisting in audits - help provide required backup documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Advanced fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
