About the role

  • Build trusted relationships with CISOs, compliance officers, and IT leaders to shape their Security & Compliance strategy.
  • Lead architectural design sessions and implement secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft’s frameworks (CAF, Zero Trust, WAF).
  • Design and deploy Microsoft Purview solutions for data classification, labeling, and lifecycle management.
  • Implement Information Protection policies using sensitivity labels, encryption, and access controls.
  • Configure and optimize Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across endpoints, cloud apps, and email.
  • Deploy and tune Insider Risk Management and Communication Compliance policies to detect and mitigate threats.
  • Guide customers in using Compliance Manager to assess risk posture and align with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Lead eDiscovery architecture and workflows for legal and investigative scenarios.
  • Advise on M365 Copilot governance, including data boundaries, access controls, and responsible AI usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on risk mitigation, policy enforcement, and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise security, compliance, or risk management.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, DLP, and Insider Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with M365 Copilot governance and AI-related compliance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with eDiscovery, Communication Compliance, and Compliance Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center, PowerShell, and policy automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
