About the role
- Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach
- Create the business environment for sustained growth and maintain visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity
- Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Maintain a structured hunting list and CRM records
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers and partners
- Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to move opportunities from first contact to closure
- Promote our solutions and highlight value propositions
- Provide technical and commercial information to accelerate decision-making
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals, execute and achieve sales quotas and targets, and track/manage/report pipeline activity
- Work closely with category managers, GBU leads, and supervisors to ensure consistent messaging
- Represent our brand at events, webinars, and tradeshows
- Respond promptly to customer or partner inquiries and ensure smooth onboarding for new accounts
Requirements
- Speak fluent English and German
- Have a solid B2B sales background and strong hunting mindset
- Are achievement-oriented, motivated, and a self-starter
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Are dynamic, energetic, and eager to learn
- Have a technical background to assist with configurations and answer basic technical questions
- Are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards
