About the role
- Partner with Concentrix International and Domestic sales & Acct Mgt teams to drive CCaaS and Conversation AI pipeline.
- Support building the CX Tech business case and drive the need for change by focusing on commercial outcomes (TCO, ROI)
- Contribute to sector and priority account planning
- Work with our Strategic Partner Alliance teams to create Partner motions and co-selling opportunities.
- You’ll lead proposition design and direct selling motions.
- Develop and manage key relationships across the Partner EMEA ecosystem (AWS, Genesys, Nice) to identify new business opportunities and provide proper communication on account activity.
- Methodically manage accurate tracking/reporting of leads, sales pipeline and alliance related goals and objectives.
- Coordinate Sales enablement activity, training sessions and joint partner sessions e.g. lunch & learn/ QBR sponsorship etc.
Requirements

- Extensive sales expertise in CCaaS/CAI technology-related sales solutions and/or architecting.
- Prioritized experience: CX Tech (CCaaS, Conversational AI)
- Exceptional communication skills: Excel in delivering presentations and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Negotiation expertise: Outstanding ability to negotiate favorable terms and build beneficial relationships.
- Consultative selling proficiency: Skilled in applying consultative selling techniques to understand and address client needs.
- Collaboration and influence: Ability to collaborate effectively and influence outcomes in a “win as a team” environment.
