Requirements
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Finnish and advanced level of English.
- Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience.
- Have previous experience in customers service.
- Have good communication, written and listening skills.
- Have previous experience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but not a must, as you will get relevant training in the field.
