About the role
- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.
Requirements
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian and advanced level of English
- Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience
- Have previous experience in customers service
- Have good communication, written and listening skills
- It would be a plus if: Have previous experience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but not a must - as you will get relevant training in the field
Benefits
- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16.00, Friday from 09:00 to 16.00
