About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborating and working side by side with hiring managers to attract, hire and retain quality employees.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements.
  • Using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Actively engaging in educational partnerships and/or professional organizations related to clinical positions.
  • Sourcing, recruiting, and pre-screening candidates for various positions.
  • Assessing candidates to determine if their capabilities match job requirements.
  • Preparing and extending new hire offers and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • At least five or more years of experience in clinical recruiting.
  • Experience with Radiology, Therapy, Nursing, or other in demand clinical roles strongly preferred.
  • Must have valid transportation and adhere to company’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy.
  • Understanding of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, OFCCP, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
