Key responsibilities & impact

Work with Supply Chain Customer Delivery business owners to establish and drive the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customer Delivery and Customer Order Management
Own portfolio prioritization and sequencing across run, grow, and transform initiatives to ensure alignment to business outcomes and value delivery
Partner with senior Supply Chain leaders to support transportation, warehousing, and customer fulfillment operations, ensuring systems are stable, scalable, and aligned to business needs
Oversee portfolio health, including system performance, reliability, technical debt, and application lifecycle management
Drive digital transformation initiatives, including adoption of AI, data, and automation capabilities across the portfolio
Influence technology strategy and product management to enable capabilities that improve service levels, operational performance, and delivery execution
Oversee tool and vendor strategy, including selection, relationships, and contract management
Manage financial performance of the portfolio, including OPEX, CAPEX, and total cost of ownership
Provide clear visibility into portfolio performance, including operational, financial, and transformational outcomes
Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team, while driving strong collaboration between IT and Supply Chain stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of experience leading people, process, and technology
Proven experience leading supply chain technology or enterprise application portfolios
Strong experience supporting transportation, warehousing, logistics, customer delivery, or order management systems
Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder (JDA), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), WMS, OMS, or similar technologies
Demonstrated ability to own roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of business value
Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decisions in a complex, cross-functional environment
Proven ability to lead and develop teams
Experience managing financial aspects of a portfolio, including OPEX and CAPEX
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery models
