About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and scale Conagra Brands’ enterprise intelligent automation and generative AI strategy
Provide technical leadership beyond solution delivery
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants
Define and evolve prompt engineering standards and embedding strategies
Architect secure integrations between large language models and enterprise data sources
Design and oversee intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, and Logic Apps
Orchestrate complex automation flows incorporating AI insights
Create and maintain reusable frameworks, templates, accelerators, and connectors
Serve as a technical advisor to process owners
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and power users
Lead governance for Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath environments
Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards
Drive proof-of-concept efforts and pilot solutions into production-ready implementations
Contribute to enterprise documentation and internal training materials
Collaborate with vendors and strategic partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or applied AI engineering
Expertise with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services)
Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
Experience with UiPath RPA development and administration (cloud and on-premises)
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, Terraform, or TypeScript
Strong understanding of API development and integration (REST, Graph)
Knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI, and automation governance principles
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise-scale deployment concepts
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
Experience interacting with vendors and IT outsourcing partners
Collaborative mindset with flexibility in a fast-changing environment
