About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and scale Conagra Brands’ enterprise intelligent automation and generative AI strategy
- Provide technical leadership beyond solution delivery
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants
- Define and evolve prompt engineering standards and embedding strategies
- Architect secure integrations between large language models and enterprise data sources
- Design and oversee intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, and Logic Apps
- Orchestrate complex automation flows incorporating AI insights
- Create and maintain reusable frameworks, templates, accelerators, and connectors
- Serve as a technical advisor to process owners
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and power users
- Lead governance for Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath environments
- Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards
- Drive proof-of-concept efforts and pilot solutions into production-ready implementations
- Contribute to enterprise documentation and internal training materials
- Collaborate with vendors and strategic partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or applied AI engineering
- Expertise with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services)
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Experience with UiPath RPA development and administration (cloud and on-premises)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, Terraform, or TypeScript
- Strong understanding of API development and integration (REST, Graph)
- Knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI, and automation governance principles
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise-scale deployment concepts
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Experience interacting with vendors and IT outsourcing partners
- Collaborative mindset with flexibility in a fast-changing environment
