About the role
- Implement sales programs to expand distribution and grow sales across foodservice segments.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain priority accounts.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and evaluate opportunities.
- Deliver sales presentations in partnership with our sales agency.
- Provide product training at distributor and agency levels.
- Travel up to 50% within the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Regional Sales Manager experience.
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including distributor, account, and agency management.
- Experience managing multiple product categories and customers with broad knowledge of sales, trade, and marketing concepts.
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships and managing promotional activities across multiple markets.
- Experience interpreting and applying multiple data sources (such as Tibersoft and Technomic) to develop strategy and tactics.
- Experience establishing and maintaining internal relationships (Category Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, Finance) and external relationships (strategic customers, agency partners, distributors).
- Experience managing trade spending with strong fiscal responsibility.
