About the role

  • Implement sales programs to expand distribution and grow sales across foodservice segments.
  • Manage customer relationships and maintain priority accounts.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and evaluate opportunities.
  • Deliver sales presentations in partnership with our sales agency.
  • Provide product training at distributor and agency levels.
  • Travel up to 50% within the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Regional Sales Manager experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including distributor, account, and agency management.
  • Experience managing multiple product categories and customers with broad knowledge of sales, trade, and marketing concepts.
  • Experience building and maintaining customer relationships and managing promotional activities across multiple markets.
  • Experience interpreting and applying multiple data sources (such as Tibersoft and Technomic) to develop strategy and tactics.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining internal relationships (Category Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, Finance) and external relationships (strategic customers, agency partners, distributors).
  • Experience managing trade spending with strong fiscal responsibility.
