About the role
- Lead and manage strategic sourcing activities for indirect categories including Marketing, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Facilities
Lead strategic sourcing events including collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations
Responsible for contract & price negotiations across all segments
Lead category management including category spend analytics, multi-year strategic sourcing roadmaps
RFx process management, negotiations, and award process
Contract review, drafting NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and facilitate contract negotiations with Legal/Privacy/Risk
Recommend programs by studying trends and developments
Collaborate with suppliers and consultants to enhance value and innovation
Monitor supplier adherence, manage supplier reporting, scorecards and rationalization
Strategize, build partnership plans, and lead essential negotiations
Communicate with senior leaders on matters of strategic importance
Guide efficiency opportunities including working capital plans
Maintain accurate and complete contract records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Minimum 7 years of experience procuring products and services
Understanding of marketing / brand processes
Background in legal contract knowledge
Project Management experience
Presentation experience
Experience in negotiations
Experience in supplier development, diversity, risk management, performance management, category management and RFx development and execution
