About the role
- Direct the Supply Chain functions of Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehousing, and Transportation
- Ensure the plant achieves its target customer service levels with minimal investment in inventory and distribution costs
- Act as a communication liaison between the plant and corporate logistics, customer service, and related teams
- Identify and resolve issues related to service, scheduling, and deployment
- Serve as Supply Chain liaison between the company and strategic customers
- Track and evaluate supplier performance using scorecards and KPIs
- Conduct periodic Supply Chain business reviews with internal and external customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably related to Supply Chain Management)
- 5+ years of Supply Chain experience (Warehousing, Transportation, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Scheduling, Customer Service)
- Project management with cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and interpreting materials management data
- Proven ability to accurately analyze data and implement operational decisions
- Ability to travel up to 5%
