- Implementing some of the latest technology
- Lead projects to implement new technologies across a wide variety of vendors and hardware
- Installations (Firewalls, Switches, WAP's, Desktops, Servers, Hosts, SANS)
- Migrations (Servers, Backup appliances)
- Onboardings and Tools Deployments
- Implementing technical and productivity improvement solutions that revolutionize how entire organizations do business.
- Touching all new technology first, getting the most experience with all of the IT lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven Experience as a Technical Support Analyst or relevant position
- Asses Complex environment Quickly to determine issues or potential issues
- Excellent attention to detail whilst staying focused on the big picture (a successful project)
- Effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of an organization
- Motivated to work efficiently and resolve issues as they arise
- A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay)
- Good communicator (from interdepartmental to client C level to end user)
- Top Notch troubleshooting skills
- Great documentation
- Takes ownership of projects to completion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
- 4+ years IT Experience
- 2+ years MSP experience
- 2+ years start to finish deployment of IT solutions
- Proficiency with all current Windows operating systems mandatory, Apple desirable
- In Depth Experience with: Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco, Fortinet, VMWare, HPE, Dell EMC
- Advanced understanding of networking concepts
- Certifications are desirable (Microsoft, Apple, SonicWALL, Cisco, VMWare)
