About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Operations leaders and executive stakeholders to turn data into insight and action
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and scorecards focused on operational performance, efficiency, volume, quality, service levels, and capacity
Create scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
Proactively identify insights and opportunities for leadership teams
Partner with Operations, Process Improvement, and Technology teams to enhance data quality and usability
Create concise, executive-ready reporting and summaries communicating findings and recommendations
Establish and maintain standard definitions, metrics, documentation, and reporting governance
Support operational teams through reporting, analytics, and performance measurement initiatives
Travel of up to 25% may be required

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting operational teams
Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics platforms
Strong SQL experience
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience presenting data, trends, and insights to stakeholders
Ability to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
Self-starter able to operate effectively with minimal direction
Ability to anticipate business needs
Strong communication skills for executive audiences
Financial, banking, or operational analytics experience preferred
Experience supporting operations, fulfillment, or shared services environments preferred
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts preferred
