About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process and review general data entry transactions, including transfers, purchases/sells, and account maintenance
  • Execute shareholder-requested account transactions, including name and address maintenance, transfers, sells, and enrollment
  • Review daily processing feedback and procedural updates
  • Escalate complex inquiries according to documented procedures
  • Complete required internal training and compliance classes
  • Work overtime and assist other departments during peak volumes to meet client service level agreements
  • Perform transactions in compliance with internal policies, controls, regulatory requirements, deadlines, and service level agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or an Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; alternatively, six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think independently, problem solve, and work quickly
  • Understanding of how the wider team works together to achieve team and department goals
  • Evaluative judgment based on best practices and previous experience
  • Ability to identify and select solutions using acquired technical experience and clear policies and procedures
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for communicating with management, team members, and Customer Service Representatives
  • Ability to complete required training and compliance classes
  • Ability to work overtime and assist other departments during peak volumes
