About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver and execute manual testing to ensure software quality and requirement coverage
Create traceable test cases, manage test data, and identify and log defects
Maintain testing tools, processes, and automation frameworks while driving best practices and continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate progress, and manage risks
Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, and stay current with emerging testing trends and technologies
Apply scripting, coding, database querying, and support non-functional testing activities where required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong software testing expertise across test analysis, test case design, execution, defect management, risk assessment, and requirements traceability
Skilled at gathering requirements from stakeholders and developing a strong understanding of complex systems and business domains
Proactive in continuous improvement, adopting emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues using technical expertise
Effective communicator and collaborator, able to build relationships, share knowledge, provide updates, and challenge constructively
Committed to governance, quality standards, and knowledge sharing across teams and global stakeholders
Works independently while seeking support and guidance when needed
Collaborates successfully with remote and globally distributed teams
