About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You’ll dive straight into real-world AI challenges, helping turn big ideas and complex problems into smart, practical, AI-powered solutions
- You’ll be right at the heart of innovation, supporting exciting projects like the rollout of Microsoft Copilot, tracking adoption and impact, exploring cutting-edge AI releases, and getting hands-on testing new AI tools to see what really delivers value.
- Build and test simple models, automations or AI workflows using tools such as Python and generative AI platforms.
- Prototype and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for business application.
- Support the delivery of AI proof-of-concepts (PoCs) from idea through to outcome.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand problems and identify opportunities where AI can add value.
- Contribute to scaling successful AI experiments into practical business solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree (or nearing completion) within Business Information Systems, Technology Management, Digital Innovation, AI or a related area
- Working knowledge or skills in programming languages such as Python
- Evidence of hands-on AI or data related projects, either within academic environments or personal
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to approach various challenges
- Communication skills, specifically being able to communicate between technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis, modelling or automation projects
- Curiosity and a pro-active learning mindset with a keen interest in emerging AI technologies.
