Team Lead – Trust Investment Operations
Computershare UKTeam Lead for Trust Investment Operations in Hyderabad, managing operations and leading associates in a hybrid role. Requires extensive experience in corporate trust and investment banking operations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coach and develop the skills and abilities of assigned associates.
- Manage and calibrate workload of assigned associates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual metric reporting.
- Attend meetings and training sessions for a range of administrative, operational, and regulatory compliance topics.
- Handle projects as assigned by manager.
- Complete disciplinary actions to address performance and/or attendance issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S./B. Com) or equivalent; 5-8 years related increasing experience in multinational business environments in India.
- TIO team Lead needs good knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Trade Settlements and Corporate Actions process knowledge. Good experience in Corporate Trust Business and investment banking experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead. Directly manage a team of approximately 12+ operational staff.
- Prior experience in Trust Investment operations, Investment banking domain.
- The role will have overall accountability for the delivery of our agreed service levels with our clients. The quality of service provided will reflect on the effectiveness of the role holder and their teams.
- The role requires attention to detail. The role holder is expected to respond to and resolve complex problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of innovative thinking and acquired technical experience, which will be guided by clear policy and procedure.
