About the role

  • Lead a team of up to 10 Plan Specialists
  • Take ownership of delivering Award’s & Vesting’s across employee share plans
  • Manage performance, resourcing and engagement during peak delivery periods
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues or critical incidents
  • Oversee complex vesting events planned well in advance
  • Work collaboratively across sites and teams to ensure consistent delivery
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational discipline

Requirements

  • Proven people management experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong decision making, prioritisation and problem solving capability
  • Clear, confident communicator who remains calm and credible under pressure
  • Collaborative leader with the confidence to challenge norms and influence others
  • Experience in award’s & vesting’s, employee share plans, financial services or other regulated operations (desirable)
  • Exposure to project or change management and working with geographically dispersed teams (desirable)
