Operations Manager – Awards and Vesting
Computershare UKOperations Manager leading a team to manage award and vesting events for employee share plans. Based in Bristol with a flexible work culture and team collaboration across EMEA.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of up to 10 Plan Specialists
- Take ownership of delivering Award’s & Vesting’s across employee share plans
- Manage performance, resourcing and engagement during peak delivery periods
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues or critical incidents
- Oversee complex vesting events planned well in advance
- Work collaboratively across sites and teams to ensure consistent delivery
- Contribute to process improvement and operational discipline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven people management experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong decision making, prioritisation and problem solving capability
- Clear, confident communicator who remains calm and credible under pressure
- Collaborative leader with the confidence to challenge norms and influence others
- Experience in award’s & vesting’s, employee share plans, financial services or other regulated operations (desirable)
- Exposure to project or change management and working with geographically dispersed teams (desirable)
