Partnering with product managers and project teams to define business requirements and to meet project objectives.
Ensuring that requirements are within business standards and guidelines.
Performing business analysis and administrative tasks to assist with enhancement and maintenance of applications.
Managing risks associated with projects and scrum teams.
Working with operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues.
Communicating, collaborating and negotiating with key stakeholders.
Managing and prioritizing the scrum’s backlog and work with the team to plan stories for upcoming sprints.
Documenting high-level requirements for further refinement, including preparation of user stories.

Requirements

5+ years of IT industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
3+ years of Senior IT Business Analyst experience and any relevant certification added advantage.
Ability to manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.
Ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
4+ years of experience with SQL.
Experience using advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.
Previous experience working within an agile environment.
