About the role

  • Build relationships with clients, helping them navigate proxy solicitation services
  • Drive client engagement and be a trusted advocate internally
  • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of client projects, from planning to implementation
  • Manage relationships and delivery of M&A and Shareholder Activism projects
  • Retain a book of regular clients and expand services received by each client with the objective of increasing revenues

Requirements

  • Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across FTSE 350 companies
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder and client management
  • Knowledge of Proxy advisory services, or similar investor engagement industry would be highly beneficial
  • Experience working within a global organisation and regulated environment
  • Ideally holding relevant qualifications, e.g. CFA/IMC certificates
