About the role
- Work within a supportive technical development team to deliver new or enhanced capabilities across a portfolio of applications and frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, test and deploy high-quality software solutions
- Develop software to generate personalised client communications (emails, letters, bills, regulated documents)
- Support evaluation and resolution of technical challenges and blockers to minimise impact on delivery
- Embrace and support improvements and innovation in technologies and development practices
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences to share knowledge, provide updates and take on feedback
Requirements
- Experience of application development and support within an enterprise context
- Experience in an Agile development and/or DevOps environment, including automation, CI/CD
- Collaborates and communicates well; builds working relationships, influences and responds to challenge
- Strong work ethic and able to deal with conflicting priorities
- Be a curious and continuous learner; investigates, interprets and grasps new concepts
