About the role

  • Based in the New York office minimum three days a week with flexibility to work from home
  • Lead the US Registry product team to set strategy, direction and evolution of Issuer Services products
  • Drive client value by managing relationships between senior business stakeholders, relationship managers, marketing and technology
  • Help set vision and strategic direction for US Issuer Client products and service suite
  • Ensure products and channels deliver in alignment with company financial goals
  • Identify new products, features and opportunities within US markets
  • Ensure product outputs flow into agile delivery model and promote a culture of innovation
  • Document business cases including financial/usage forecasting and ROI metrics
  • Map processes within products and services including channel alignment
  • Continually gather and analyze data/business intelligence to inform product and feature strategies
  • Plan and execute product launches including documentation, training and enablement
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy and drive product lifecycle execution

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in product management, preferably with financial/banking background
  • Proven ability to engage with technology, marketing and business teams collaboratively
  • Experience creating Product Roadmaps, Product QBRs and presenting strategic plans
  • Experience with user/survey research, Voice of Customer and presenting concepts to executives
  • Deep understanding of market research, analysis, customer needs, market trends and competitive dynamics
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, communication and leadership
  • Strong grasp of outcome-driven measurement and demonstrating ROI of initiatives
  • Ability to drive significant outcomes influencing market position, customer satisfaction and revenue growth
