About the role

  • Directs daily staff and task activities to meet client work objectives, timelines, and requirements.
  • Supervises assigned technical, non-technical, and administrative staff, including subordinate managers.
  • Responsible for the delivery of quality task products, services, and deliverables through participation in reviews and audits.
  • Serves as a liaison and focal point with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
  • Responsible for coordinating and monitoring subcontractor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have more than twelve years’ experience, of which at least five years must be supervisory experience.
  • Must have ability to manage and ensure successful completion of multiple technical tasks in various programs.
  • Must have ability to recruit, hire, manage, supervise, train, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate staff as assigned.
  • PMP or equivalent
  • CompTIA Security +, or higher
  • Active DOD security clearance (SECRET)
