About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, motivate, and develop a globally distributed IAM Operations team
- Define, implement, and continuously improve global IAM operational services
- Act as the final escalation point for IAM operational issues and identity management disputes
- Own and oversee Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across the enterprise
- Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts and access entitlements across all corporate systems
- Coordinate 24x7 IAM incident response support and manage escalations to appropriate technical teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management
- 8+ years of experience leading global teams and managing security operations or security programs
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management principles, processes, and controls
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and enterprise IAM solutions
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications
