About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You lead and support complex IT projects, including requirements and stakeholder management
- You advise, design and implement demanding projects together with the team
- You are the main point of contact for the client and monitor project effort and risks
- You work flexibly and independently — whether from our offices, at the client site or remotely
- You plan, design and run customer workshops and support acquisition and presales activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting
- Experience in designing and practically implementing modern and flexible IT architectures and frameworks
- Knowledge of common tools and methods within your solution area (e.g., in Applications & Data: development environments, testing tools, CASE tools, UML, Scrum)
- High empathy, strong interpersonal skills and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills at all levels and very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2)
