About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Streamline and strengthen engineering operations by transforming key workflows into clear, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Partner directly with engineers to observe day-to-day processes and document step-by-step procedures
- Create process maps and templates that improve consistency, quality, and onboarding efficiency
- Deliver a suite of approved SOPs and actionable process improvement recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in technology, process improvement, and operational workflows
- Preferred majors: Information Technology / Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (Industrial, Systems, or Computer Engineering), Business Administration (Bachelors or MBA)
- Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, curious, and interested in technical documentation, workflow optimization, and building scalable processes.
