Key responsibilities & impact

Ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
Proactive communication with customers via email, phone, and customer portals
Managing and collecting outstanding receivables of business partners in the German region
Investigating and resolving issues by collaborating closely with Account Managers, Sales, and other stakeholders
Taking ownership of a defined portfolio within the debtors’ ledger
Contributing ideas and insights to improve process quality, efficiency, and team engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English and in German
Ability to use MS Office, especially Excel
Good networking skills
Administrative experience with attention to detail and accuracy
Interest in deepening SAP knowledge
