About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop Team Leaders and their teams
- Drive customer satisfaction, service quality and operational excellence
- Manage escalations and ensure service-level commitments are achieved
- Build strong partnerships across Sales, Service Management and business functions
- Contribute to business strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage resources, workforce planning and organisational design
- Support financial management and commercial performance
- Lead recruitment, succession planning and employee development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience leading operational, commercial or customer-focused teams
- Experience managing managers, Team Leaders or other people leaders
- Strong coaching, leadership and talent development capability
- Ability to work effectively within ambiguity and change
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused decision making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams
- Desirable: Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service or Service Management leadership background
- Technology or IT industry experience
- Knowledge of KPI-driven environments, project management and continuous improvement.
