About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and maintain RedHat Linux servers supporting SAP applications
- Support SAP Basis operations and infrastructure activities
- Manage incidents, troubleshooting, and operational support activities
- Maintain Pacemaker clusters and high-availability environments
- Support SAP infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure
- Implement security and compliance requirements for Linux systems
- Participate in on-call support rotation for critical environments
- Work with infrastructure, network, security, and cloud teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 8+ years total experience
- Strong experience in RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration
- SAP Basis support experience
- Linux patching and upgrade management
- Experience with clustering technologies (Pacemaker preferred)
- Azure infrastructure exposure
- Monitoring and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure operations
- SAP on Azure experience
- Shell scripting / automation knowledge
- CyberArk or privileged access management exposure
- ITIL process knowledge
