About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a globally distributed team responsible for operational activities within the Identity & Access Management team
Oversee timely delivery of accounts and access entitlements for all corporate systems
Own the request fulfilment service for all IAM-based requests
Provide 24x7 incident response capability to the business
Perform access entitlement reviews in accordance with corporate policy
Support internal and external audits with timely management of non-conformities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong expertise in identity & access management
5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing global teams and security programs
Proven ability to manage security programs and influence cross-functional teams
Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM
Technical certifications in Microsoft technologies (AZ500, SC300, etc.)
Good working knowledge of relevant functional systems (EntraID, Active Directory)
