Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with ServiceNow in a pre-sales or solution consulting environment
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and wider ServiceNow capabilities
- Ability to bring ServiceNow solutions to life through customer conversations
- Excellent team-working skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability
- High degree of technical expertise and practical understanding of ServiceNow-based solutions
- Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas
