About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in Delivery on Workplace transformation projects (deployment, migration, redesign)
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to our consultants
Promote knowledge sharing, skills development, and team spirit
Deliver high-value projects for our large enterprise clients
Act as a trusted advisor to our clients
Contribute to pre-sales activities (requirements analysis, cost estimation, technical proposals)
Participate in the development of the Practice (standards, methods, knowledge capitalization)
Represent the Practice and its quality requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expertise in the workplace/end-user environment (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, PowerShell, virtualization...)
Mobility and device management solutions (Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF, BYOD, Android Enterprise, Apple Business Manager (ABM) ...)
Good understanding of overall IT challenges and security
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good command of English
