About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing advice and guidance to the customer on implementing ServiceNow in terms of ITIL best practices
- Document customer requirements and conduct process workshops
- Managing project tasks and timelines for smaller projects
- Coordinating with Technical Consultants for solution delivery
- Leading UAT review meetings and supporting go-live
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant qualifications or accreditations in ServiceNow
- In depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform in ITSM and one other area
- ITIL accreditation to at least ‘Foundation’ level
- 7+ years of experience in similar roles
- Members of and active contributors to ServiceNow internal communities
- Can engage with customers at all levels of seniority and communicate the business benefits that a ServiceNow solution can provide
