About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Providing advice and guidance to the customer on implementing ServiceNow in terms of ITIL best practices
  • Document customer requirements and conduct process workshops
  • Managing project tasks and timelines for smaller projects
  • Coordinating with Technical Consultants for solution delivery
  • Leading UAT review meetings and supporting go-live

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant qualifications or accreditations in ServiceNow
  • In depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform in ITSM and one other area
  • ITIL accreditation to at least ‘Foundation’ level
  • 7+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Members of and active contributors to ServiceNow internal communities
  • Can engage with customers at all levels of seniority and communicate the business benefits that a ServiceNow solution can provide
