About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Leadership and accountability for initiatives driven by Delivery Leadership
Act as a conduit for activities outside of Delivery Leadership and or Group Delivery
Responsibility for taking the lead on initiatives identified by Delivery Leadership
Collaborate within Delivery Leadership and with other Business Areas
Ensure adoption and auditability of governance processes
Engage in Delivery Leadership strategy in conjunction with the Leadership Team
Inspire collaboration across the Delivery Leadership teams
Work with the Delivery Directors to drive delivery improvements
Communicate potential risks and issues regarding formal change to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven success through Service Delivery Leadership initiatives delivery against objectives and measures
Reference ability through improvements
High level of cross functional engagement
Simplified Service Delivery Leadership engagement for Service Delivery Leadership and cross functional engagements
Proven experience of working in a Managed Service role
Proven experience and understanding of operational delivery
Strong communication skills internally and externally with the ability to communicate at all levels
Strong organizational skills and discipline with the ability to manage multiple activities
Ability to lead, manage, contribute to and work with multiple, multi-disciplined teams concurrently
Understanding of risk and impact management across multiple disciplines (commercial, contractual etc)
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
