Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience in Solution Sales, Pre-Sales, or Sales-aligned technical roles
- Solid understanding of solution-based selling models
- Proven success sourcing passive, quota-carrying and technical pre-sales talent
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience recruiting across multiple technologies (AI, cloud, infrastructure, workplace, security, services)
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
