About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting for solution sales and technical go-to-market roles
- Partner with Sales and Solution Leaders to understand solution portfolios and market trends
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for passive talent
- Translate technical and commercial requirements into job advertisements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends and candidate profiles
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from first contact through offer acceptance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a strong focus on Solution Sales, Pre-Sales, or Sales-aligned technical roles
- VAR, systems integrator, managed services, or IT solutions provider environments
- Solid understanding of solution-based selling models and how technical roles support revenue
- Proven success sourcing passive, quota-carrying and technical pre-sales talent
- Ability to credibly engage with Solutions Engineers, Architects, and Sales Leaders
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience recruiting across multiple technologies (AI, cloud, infrastructure, workplace, security, services, etc.)
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
