💰 $21 - $28 per hour

About the role

  • Provide a range of hardware, software, and network technical support
  • Troubleshooting, staging and configuration, and resolving tickets for internal and external customers
  • Perform technical work activities at customer site supporting IMAC activities
  • Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages to meet business and customer requirements
  • Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with procedures
  • Provide customer service to ensure consistent experience

Requirements

  • 2 years of work experience
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Resiliency/Flexibility
  • Windows and OSX security fundamentals
  • Knowledge and prior use of Ticket-tracking software
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Duo, YubiKey, Google Apps/Suite, and SSO
  • Foundational understanding of Agile
  • Can lift 50+lbs
