About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide a range of hardware, software, and network technical support
- Troubleshooting, staging and configuration, and resolving tickets for internal and external customers
- Perform technical work activities at customer site supporting IMAC activities
- Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages to meet business and customer requirements
- Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with procedures
- Provide customer service to ensure consistent experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of work experience
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Resiliency/Flexibility
- Windows and OSX security fundamentals
- Knowledge and prior use of Ticket-tracking software
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Duo, YubiKey, Google Apps/Suite, and SSO
- Foundational understanding of Agile
- Can lift 50+lbs
