Identify and propose solutions to improve performance and satisfaction within SAP and GTS Operations.
Support complex issues related to purchasing processes, tools, and systems.
Provide support in key Inside Sales functions including complex order placement and management.
Provide day-to-day training to the Inside Sales team.
Assist sales teams in evaluating their requirements.
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales teams to drive improvements.
Create and update SAP documentation for the Inside Sales team.

Requirements

Legally eligible to work in the United States
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
2-5 years of experience building queries in SAP
Extensive SAP Experience In: Material Master, Purchasing of SD module, API integration, SRM SAP or ERP implementation experience
Strong knowledge and experience of SAP, Salesforce CRM, MS Office and MS Teams
Excellent attention to detail
Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
Good knowledge of the IT industry and IT technologies and products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable communicating with non-native English speakers
Good self-organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills
Willingness to travel.
